Privacy policy and cookies
When you visit the website, information about your visit is collected, which is used to improve the site. It deals with, among other things, about which pages get the most traffic, because it says something about which topics visitors are most interested in.
Overall, it is about gathering knowledge so that the content can be targeted at the consumer. Saying "YES please" to cookies means e.g. that you can see the embedded YouTube videos.
If you do not want cookies, this also means that there will be several elements of the website that you cannot see.
If you do not want information to be collected, you can withdraw your consent. The same applies if you have come to say "NO thank you" to cookies, but would like to allow them so that you can see the embedded videos etc.

In general
Personal information is all kinds of information that to one extent or another can be attributed to you. When you use the website, a number of such information is collected and processed. This happens e.g. know that you click on certain pages, if you watch a video or if you sign up for the newsletter. This is typically technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location and which pages you click on.

Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user in order to provide the services you request, such as to send a newsletter or play a YouTube video.
Period of storage
The information is stored for the period permitted by law and is deleted when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, geographical location, etc. are passed on to third parties, e.g. Google and YouTube to the extent necessary, Lift Your Life also uses a number of third parties to store and process data, e.g. Newsletter service Mailchimp. They only process information on my behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
